The Santa Clarita Aquatic Center is a premier aquatic facility in Southern California. Three swimming pools are on site, each with large expansive decks. The facility was designed to offer a perfect balance of quality recreational and competitive water activities and events for families and competitors alike. The facility has been featured in Aquatics International Magazine and has over 225,000 visitors annually. Having been visited and toured by several cities, the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center has served as a model for the design and construction of many other multi-faceted aquatic facilities around the state. The Aquatic Center boasts a 50-Meter Pool that is competition ready with a constant depth of 7 feet, while the adjacent Dive Pool has one-meter and three-meter diving boards suitable for club level competition or recreational use, and the Waterslide Pool has a zero depth beach entry with fun-filled water play features within it. Its’ gradual slope ends at 3 ½ feet, where the very popular big yellow waterslide is located. It’s courteous and professional lifeguard staff has extensive experience with hosting large competitions such as swimming, diving, water polo, synchronized swimming, and underwater hockey as well as offering a wide scale of various recreational aquatics programs.
Central Park is located in the heart of Santa Clarita and is the City’s largest and most sought-after park designed for sports use. A popular recreational facility,Central Park is the winner of the California Parks and Recreation Society Award of Distinction for Parks Planning. Since its opening in 2000,Central Park has served as host to regional, state, and national sporting events and tournaments. The park features four baseball diamonds, eight soccer fields, three basketball courts, one cross country course, and eighteen disc golf holes. Alongside ample sports facilities,Central Park has many other amenities, such as a concession stand, picnic areas, extensive open space, a designated child play area and two dog parks. Central Park is also host to several entertainment events throughout the year including the annual Concerts in the Park series.
The Sports Complex is an open recreation facility with regularly scheduled interim sports. Indoors, it contains two basketball courts that can be converted into volleyball courts and enclosed racquetball courts. Outdoors, you can find a sand volleyball court, two full-sized outdoor basketball courts, and a dog park. A large grass field sits between the Skate Park and the Aquatic Center, providing ample space for your group or special event.

The City’s state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot skate park is touted as one of the best skate park destinations. It features large bowls, a street plaza, half-pipe tunnel, snake runs, skate-able planters and much more. A fence borders the structure for safe spectator viewing. Access is free, but a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads are required.

VTV Baseball is the premier youth baseball facility in Southern California. Statistics show that there are over 250,000 11 and 12 year olds playing travel or all-star baseball in the USA alone. This staggering statistic as well as the increasing popularity of the Little League World Series had prompted the developers of VTV Baseball to create a facility that will cater to this age group. VTV fields are 225 feet down the lines and 250 feet to center field. They offer 60,65, and 70 foot bases available to use and the pitcher’s mount is portable so it can move around to the distant needed. VTV Baseball has created a facility that will enable Travel Ball teams at the 11U & 12U age level to play on fields specifically designed to give them an unmatched playing experience.

College of the Canyons continues to provide athletes with the finest facilities. The 7,500- seat Cougar Stadium is used for a variety of sports including football, track and field and soccer. It is also available for special events such as high school graduations, band competitions, and film productions. On the west side of campus, baseball and softball games are held at Cougar Field. Cougar Field has a natural grass surface, press box and seating for approximately 700. Indoor sports like basketball and volleyball are played in the Cougar Cage. With seating for 3,000, the gymnasium can be used for a variety of purposes. The College has also recently completed six indoor tennis courts, which are an excellent addition to the six-lane indoor pool, fitness center and weight room. If you’re looking to plan a meeting, the College boasts 110,000 square feet of meeting space featuring: 23 “smart” classrooms, two computer laboratories, six meeting/seminar rooms, a lecture hall/theater and a large outdoor patio. Most classroom and seminar rooms have sweeping views of Santa Clarita and are available in a variety of sizes and layouts. The Master’s College in Santa Clarita is a NAIA and NCCAA Division 1 college located on over 95 tree-filled acres in the beautiful Placerita Canyon. The campus’ natural beauty provides an inviting environment for your next conference, retreat, or sporting event. The facilities provide over a dozen meeting rooms with audio/visual setups and stadium seating, and the dormitories will sleep over 700 people during the summer. Moderate temperatures year-round and sun-filled days allow guests to take advantage of the many recreational facilities available. Bross Gymnasium is a 1,000 seat court that can be used for volleyball, basketball, or any indoor activity. Pete Reese Soccer and Baseball fields are home to the College’s championship teams and are large enough to fit 1,000 people for any event. The campus also boasts three Regulation tennis courts. Castaic Lake is a 9,000-acre park featuring many of your favorite water and outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, jet skiing, swimming and mountain biking. The area is split into an upper and lower lake, with designated areas for a variety of activities. The upper lake is the primary facility for motorized watercrafts. Boaters have a chance to explore 2,235 acres of waterways and coves, and shoreline fisherman can test the 29 miles of shoreline. The lower lake, the Castaic Lake Lagoon, is available for those who want a more leisurely adventure. Fishing, picnicking, camping, non-gasoline powered boating are allowed, as well as swimming, during summer only. The lagoon has approximately 3 miles of shoreline and 197 acres of shallow waterways suitable for float tubes, kayaks,and non-gas powered boat fishing. Past events include Movies at the Lake, Night Float Tube Fishing, Moonlight Fishing, Moonlight Kayaking, and much more.

40000 Paseo Padre Parkway
Set among the beautiful natural terrain of Southern California, Lake Elizabeth’s challenging 18-hole golf course is a beautiful shot-makers course nestled against the Angeles National Forest. The Lake is 30 minutes from Santa Clarita. The 8,400-square-foot clubhouse incorporates the historic Frakes homestead which was once a way station along the old stagecoach route. The building houses the golf shop and the Sapphire Restaurant which is open to the pubic for banquets and weddings.
